This post features a recording of Bryce Evans (Liverpool Hope University) talking about food in Ireland during the Second World War. This podcast is based on Bryce’s forthcoming book Ireland during the Second World War: Farewell to Plato’s Cave (Manchester University Press).

Bryce is a graduate of University College Dublin and Lecturer in History at Liverpool Hope University.
