The Church of Ireland hosted a public conference on 1916 in Christ Church Cathedral, Waterford in March 2016. The conference was organised by the Dean of Waterford, the Very Revd Maria Jansson, to evaluate 1916 and the manner in which it has been remembered and used politically. The event brought together a panel of speakers of national and international standing. The conference was recorded for podcasting by Real Smart Media in association with History Hub.
